First Kiss

Remember back, oh way back when
a younger time never seen again
an age of innocence that's long since gone
memories of your youth for which you still long.
Your first love, a time you hold dear
each precious moment you remember so clear
that tingling sensation when you first held their hand
the two of you together, in your own special land.
Closer you move as your heart starts to race
your trembling hand reaches out for their face
and then there's the moment when your lips finally meet
feeling the bond, the magic, the heat
then you embrace and share in the bliss
for never again shall you have a first kiss.
